The leadership of the so-called Christian evangelicals reported in "Faith and Nation" last fall that they advocate the violent overthrow of the Government of the United States, if not adopted their religious agenda into law legislation. Bush is buddies with the freaks. To have their voices, evangelicals still fairly independent of evangelicals wanted by Bush, at least until it has been their leader, Ted Haggert as a meth head outed last winter. Our nation's future must not be compromised in this way more to adapt this pandering to voices from the edges and twist our curricula to freaks. Today, our average high school graduate lacks the basic mathematical and scientific facts to pass on the new global pre-employment tests for janitorial jobs. (You must have sufficient knowledge of chemistry, in this example), by hazardous substances.
     And to do that without mathematics and science, which we have not the engineers. Without engineers, we can not claim an edge in the global economy and therefore we are not able to our standards of living, which had traditionally focused on scientific research and development was established and engineer hold-based innovation.
     There is no time to fix our public schools. It is no longer on the preparation of future generations. We are in serious trouble right now. Something must be executed immediately, and not only with youth. We need an effective, nationwide, adult-oriented, free, language / math / science education and that everyone, young or old, previously formed or not, can realistically progress up through, like this site "levels", the would allow as many Americans as possible, the resources, opportunities and possible incentives to catch up quickly with the rest of the world and with the 21st Century.

If you are about climate change and / or threat of energy shortages, the answer is probably nuclear and thermonuclear energy.
